- Assist and qualify visitors with loans
- Exceed Key Efficiency Indicators (KPI)
- Track loan styles, audits and brand new records
- Help in growing records and advertising
- Trouble shoot loan problems, stability problems and trust register dilemmas
- Exceed minimum perfect file criteria
- Follow business policies, objectives, goals, and procedures
- Control debt that is bad
- Improve, sell and activate Cashpass cards
- Enforce safety, wellness, safety guidelines, OSHA conformity, and loss avoidance
- Be involved in regular conference telephone telephone calls plus in individual conferences
- Strong social interaction and negotiations abilities
- Go to protect shops whenever required
